The Bible and Science and Health — infinite resources for good

On this edition of Sentinel Watch, our guest, Kathryn Davis, starts out by sharing her favorite passage from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, that means a great deal to her.

The passage comes from one of her favorite chapters, Science, Theology and Medicine, where Mary Baker Eddy says:

“The effect of this science is to stir the human mind to a change of base on which it may yield to the harmony of the divine mind.”

That passage is really at the heart of Kathryn’s story of how she found Christian Science and how she still walks in it today.

It has great meaning to her because this change of base goes on for all of us. In Christian Science, we have Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures and we have the Bible to guide us in the change of base of seeing and living from a material perspective to a spiritual one.

To hear more about how we can become aware of God’s infinite resources for good and experience them, tune in to this edition of Sentinel Watch—a weekly production of the Christian Science Sentinel: Click here to listen to the full podcast
