On this edition of Sentinel Watch, our guest, Jennifer Ann Gordon, talks about how we each, as God’s expression, can never be separated from divine Love, and how praising God helps us experience His ceaseless goodness and love. She shares several experiences, including being left homeless with three children, in which healing resulted from her praise of God and how she learned to live a life of gratitude and joy on a daily basis.
Jennifer recounts a story about the power of praise in healing:
Not too long ago I was in my apartment, in the living room, and all of a sudden I felt as if I were on fire. I felt extreme pain and fever and it was frightening to the point that I didn’t feel like I could even grab a phone to call a Christian Science practitioner for prayerful healing. I couldn’t open a book, I couldn’t even think straight it seemed, so in desperation I called out to God and I just asked what can I do? This lovely angel message from God came, ‘You can praise me and do it with everything you’ve got.’ So standing there in the living room I just started praising God.
And just like that, within about 3 minutes of praising and praying, all of Jennifer’s symptoms had vanished and she was completely healed. It has been really helpful for her knowing that there is no separation between God and his child, the way she likes to think about her relationship with God is that there isn’t even one inch of air between her and God.
Oneness Between God and Man
To Jennifer, the idea of oneness between Creator and creation equals safety, beauty, perfection and harmony. Those are the things she feels and experiences by never separating God and man.
